We arrived very late at night, but were given a warm welcome and a fast check-in. Beds were very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The hotel is conveniently located by the river in Changi Village, a really lovely area worthy of a standalone visit, with a good Hawker Centre within 3 minutes walk. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient, with nice little touches like snacks in the foyer and a free drink on arrival. We were also impressed by the environmental efforts being made by management.

Breakfast (buffet) was very good with a variety of dishes. Shuttle service was also very professional and fast. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well. There was enjoyable and pleasant atmosphere on the territory of the hotel.
