"Unfortunately we had a room with a boring view of a worn roof towards the train station, even though we had chosen an upgrade. Maybe because we used earned bonus nights, I don't know. "Mo and Ben so very welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable and (as on my previous stay) fresh milk was kindly provided in the fridge along with plenty of tea, coffee and sugar (a real bonus). It truly does feel a home away from home."
