Pelabuhan Klang Beach Holidays

Everything were nice and clean. Salah was very nice. We highly recommend for this two bedroom apartment. The view of the Twin Towers from the balcony is a plus. Our family of four love the apartment. I didn’t give 5 star because the second room had a very strong spice smell assuming from the previous clients.

Tea towels for kitchen would have been good other than that I would stay there again close to shops and monorail

Breakfast buffet was amazing. My 3 days was wonderful staff are very helpful ☺️. The infinity pool was incredible over looking one of the tower

Hotel is in a fantastic position in Bukit Bintang. Staff and amenities are great. Great if you are a single traveller, but storage space in the room is too little for 2 people.

We just finished an unbelievable time in Kuala Lumpur. The Face Suites was a solud part of our time there. The rooftop infinity pool was one of our favourite memories.

Reasonable price, room is spacious, very clean and quiet at night. Nice for vacation.

my 2nd time here, room was clean and ready when we got it. all hotel staff (receptionist, bell boy, restaurant, housekeeping) was friendly and professional too. my only setback was that on my last day, i was queuing for 15mins for my breakfast buffet - this is my first time experiencing it with a 5-star hotel as i never had to do this however, i observed how the hotel staffs were prompt and quick to rectify the situation by extending the outside tables to guests as soon it was available and replenishing food quickly. maybe hotel can look into this?
