I cannot put into words how great Outrigger was to stay at for a week with 3 children (7, 7, 9yo). The facilities were great and the staff were amazing, warm, and friendly.

I just wrapped up an incredible solo trip to Fiji, and my stay at the Radisson Blu was easily the highlight—entirely because of the phenomenal staff. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the team here made me feel completely welcome and right at home from the absolute moment I arrived. Every single department knocked it out of the park: • The Porters: The second my ride pulled up, I was hit with huge smiles and a massive, warm "Bula!" They grabbed my bags immediately and set the perfect, stress-free vibe for the rest of the trip. • Check-In: The front desk team made the whole check-in process a total breeze. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely nice, getting me sorted and into vacation mode without any delay.Shoutout to Rami. • The Restaurant Staff: Eating alone can sometimes feel awkward, but the crew at the restaurant made it a great experience. They were incredibly attentive, always anticipating what I needed, and served up amazing food with genuine hospitality.(The breakfast manager and staff) • The Bar Crew: These guys were fantastic. They brought such great energy to the lounge, made excellent drinks, and were always up for a quick, friendly chat or a solid recommendation.(Salome) • Housekeeping: My room was kept absolutely spotless. The housekeeping team was meticulous, thorough, and always made sure the room felt like a clean, relaxing sanctuary to head back to at the end of the day.I will defenately return and recommend the Radisson Bl

This was our 5th time over 10 years at Club Fiji. We love it aa our go to Nadi accomodation when we arrive in Fiji and before we leave. Have tried other places but none in the price range compare. Its location is stunning, food fabulous, cocktails great and staff lovely. A fantastic place to unwind in a hammock and take in a sunset. We will be back on Friday night on our way home! Vinaka!

Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the price This resort may have a good reputation overseas, but our actual experience was completely different. For US$528 for just one night, the standard of accommodation and service was nowhere near what we expected. The room was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The sheets and bedding did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and there were ants crawling around the pillows and bed. There were also mosquitoes inside the room, and I ended up with swollen feet from mosquito bites. For a resort charging this much per night, this level of cleanliness and pest control is simply unacceptable. The billing experience was another major concern. We had dinner at the resort the night before checking out and, as we always do, asked for and received a receipt. However, when we checked out, the final amount was higher. We were told that we had ordered a Coke, we did not order or consume a Coke. When we produced the receipt we had been given, it was not properly acknowledged. This was extremely frustrating and raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the billing process. My strong advice to anyone staying here: keep every receipt, ask for it to be signed or properly confirmed, and carefully check your final bill before paying. Do not assume that the resort's own receipts will automatically be accepted when you check out. The reception service was also very disappointing. Staff were extremely slow, and the computer system
