"The staff were so helpful and always smiling and attentive. We paid for a late checkout and we were able to use the pool again before our flight. The pool restaurant pizza and chicken are delicious!"

"The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, the facility itself is in need of a significant upgrade. Our bathroom did not meet expected standards the shower had very poor water flow, and when set to hot, no water came out at all. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers, which was quite inconvenient. Considering this is a 4-star hotel and not a budget option, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall quality."

"I had read many reviews of various hotels on Denarau island and ultimately chose Sheraton golf and beach resort and were so glad we did! I totally understand what previous reviewers have said about the staff, facilities, gardens, food - everything is superior! We last visited this resort in 1998 as a family of 5 and returned recently as a couple, a lot has changed it's simply the best!"

"Enjoyed my stay however it is in need of upgrades. It’s an old hotel but clean and good enough for a very short stay. I stayed two days nothing fancy here but good enough to get you by. The staff are all very nice."

"The room was pretty basic and clean, but the property felt old and tired. While I didn't see any bugs, it kind of had the feeling of a roach hotel, so I slept with the lights on. I paid for in-room Wi-Fi, but it didn't work 95% of the time. Service in the dining room was very, very slow. On the bright side, it was very convenient to the airport, within walking distance, but with a free shuttle that drops off / picks up at the terminal. I woke up at 3am and found that the running water had been shut off, but it was back on by 4am, in time for a nice hot shower."
