Stayed in a corner room which was spacious and well-maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t spend much time in the club lounge. Staff very friendly and efficient. Short walk to the metro which was safe late at night. Would recommend and would stay again

Was lucky to stay here before a few years ago and was pleased to see return visit was just as good.
Hotel is very clean and the rooms are great. Staff were very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend staying here, whether you are single, couple or as a family.
Walk from Shinagawa station is short so easy to get into the rest of Tokyo, however, if you have a large bag and walk from the station there is a slope up the hill to get to the hotel. Slope is not that bad but more noticeable with a big bag.
Loved the location of the hotel, for food, trains and taxis. It’s set in a peaceful spot with a Japanese garden at the back for a pleasant stroll.
