I love the location and the staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel is nice and well-located. It is under renovation, so walking around the property was a bit uncomfortable.

Building and area was great, internet easy to connect, and we appreciated the welcome wine, luggage hold room and free laundry, $3 for 3 cofee pods..I think its overrated. In the appartment there was no instructions for the appliances in french could not use the oven/ microwave/ stove. Overall 4 star.

Every time we crossed paths, he greeted us warmly and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. Whether offering helpful recommendations, assisting with arrangements, or simply welcoming us back after a day in the city, Jerome consistently showed genuine kindness and professionalism. His attention to detail and sincere care for guests truly elevated our entire experience. The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and wonderfully Parisian. The rooms are beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, and the location could not be better—steps away from incredible shopping, restaurants, and iconic sights. What truly sets this hotel apart is the personal service. Jerome and the entire team create an environment where you feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. If you are looking for a boutique Parisian hotel with warmth, character, and exceptional service, Le Relais Saint-Honoré is a perfect choice. We had the most amazing time at the hotel. Rooms were super clean, the Service was impeccable, and the best part was the concierge, Nicholas. What a five star man is. He knows Paris very well. I used him several times to give me places to go for dinner at the shop.. It seemed that he learned about us very quickly and was able to do breakfast to places that fit our lifestyle. The French cuisine in the restaurant was awesome. We loved it so much that we ended up eating there instead of the million other places throughout Paris. Five star all the way. Thank you so much for producing amazing memories for my fiancé and me.

We had the perfect room. Eiffel Tower view right out our window. Very beautiful hotel. Staff was absolutely fantastic. Location great! I could not have asked for a better hotel for my stay in Paris. I don't want to stay anywhere else when I return.
