Was ok. Nothing Wow!!! The staff helped, but not really overwhelming you with great service. Hotel was busy with a convention. Think everyone just tired.

Very swanky hotel, a bit high if you’re traveling with family but great location and very clean. The beds didn’t have anything but sheets on them so I froze all night and another guest mentioned the same thing. Also had a ADA accommodation request they didn’t fulfill which was to be in lower floor and close to elevator.
