Beautiful pleace, Staff are unbelievable coming back soon

Love the location , all the staff friendly with amazing service. Villa pool very clean as is the whole complex. Shout out to the garden staff very nice gardens. We havecdyayed several times because of the staff and amenities. Close to a supermarket and great restaurants. Walking distance to shopping favourites.

An amazing experience. Highly recommend

Overall good hotel, quiet place and friend staff. The rooms were clean and well kept although there was a slightly overpowering smell of bleach which the staff quickly tried to remedy with an additional AC unit. The onsite restaurant had an array of dishes which were nice (not amazing). Ubud centre is a 20 min walk or short taxi away although this is up and down a relatively steep hill. The hotel offers a shuttle bus at specific times although traffic is usually packed. Nice restaurants close by and plenty of things to do in the area.

My stay at SereS Springs Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and celebrated. I stayed in one of their private villas for my 48th birthday, and everything was beyond beautiful. The villa itself was stunning—peaceful, clean, and luxurious with the perfect private pool setting. The birthday decorations were everything I asked for and more. Waking up to a beautifully decorated pool and enjoying a floating breakfast on my special day was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The service was top-tier. The staff was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They made sure every detail of my birthday celebration was perfect, and I truly felt special the entire time. The resort grounds are gorgeous, very relaxing, and give you that true Bali luxury vibe. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something special or just unwind in a peaceful environment, this is definitely the place to be. An amazing experience. Highly recommend

I came to here by myself to stay five nights. The view of the forest is amazing from the room. The coffee machine, 6-7 tea choices with a teapot, fruits, sodas etc were complimentery in the room. Breakfast and meals are also amazing at the restaurant with a live music in the evenning. I used the gym which has a really nice view. Also had a deep tissue massage at the spa which was amazing. I usually dont write reviews but this hotel deserves a good review. I really eant to thank to all the staff who are really helpful and kind.
