Indonesia All inclusive Holidays

One of the main reasons I chose Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach was its established name and reputation. I expected a comfortable, clean, and luxurious experience consistent with the standards of a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay fell short of those expectations. The room showed noticeable signs of aging and inadequate maintenance. The furniture was worn, the chair was visibly dirty, and the mattress felt uneven and uncomfortable. The towels were discolored, thin, and had lost much of their softness. The bedsheets appeared grayish rather than fresh white and had an unpleasant damp odor. I also noticed a similar musty smell in the spa linens, although I enjoyed the massage itself. Basic room amenities were lacking, the slippers were not presented in sealed packaging, and the complimentary coffee appeared to have been previously opened. These details raised concerns about housekeeping and quality control. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The grilled fish contained numerous bones, which were not mentioned when I ordered, and the noodle dish did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the buffet dining area was extremely hot and uncomfortable due to its open-air design. While I appreciate the concept of an open-air restaurant in a tropical setting, the lack of adequate cooling or ventilation made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing meal. Guests should be able to dine comfortably, especially in a hotel marketed as a luxury destination.
