Chubu All inclusive Holidays

Awesome location, but the hotel was very dirty and seemed lacking maintenance like I did not expect it to be look in such rough shape considering it has such a high rating in Expedia. But the staff was fantastic

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

Convenient location! Steps to the Yamanote line, and steps to the Metro (Daimon station) so that is great, but especially for easy access to the Haneda airport monorail. The Hamamatsucho stop on the monorail is the connecting station between JR line and the monorail so it’s essentially the starting point to the airport via monorail - an easy 17 min away from Haneda. Having a washer dryer in room was the other big reason I booked this property, and despite being right beside the train tracks, we did not hear anything at night. The property is brand new so everything was clean and modern and beautiful inside. The only small downside, is that there isn’t too much around the property in terms of restaurants / shopping / cafes. We admittedly didn’t explore too much as we were only there one night; after spending 8 days in Japan and 7 days in Vietnam, this was our stay back in Japan prior to flying home. All in all, a lovely stay and great value for the large room, in room conveniences and ease of transfer to Haneda.

Though a little far from the center, this hotel is well connected since it’s right next to the metro stop Shiomi. Chose to stay here twice and chose to make this hotel as my base. And would do it again! The rooms have a lot of space. Same with the lobby and the well heated onsen. Family mart is attached to hotel. 7/11 is around the corner, so is a bigger supermarket. Also don’t miss out on the revolving sushi resto near by! Would def recommend to stay!

Convenient location next to Shinagawa station. Rooms were decent sized, clean, comfortable bed, and lots of bathroom amenities.

The staff were very wonderful and helpful. We had a bathroom incident on our 2nd to last day due to the bathtub not draining but we were able to get another room and apologized for the trouble. The snacks and beverages were incredible
