Caribbean All inclusive Holidays

Food was okay and beach was dirty. other than that swim up room was amazing.

I absolutely love this property, the food was amazing, drinks were strong. I love it!

The room did not smell fresh (somewhat moldy)and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was clearly not maintained with a loose drain, and noisy shower.

Overall stay was okay, however the hotel had multiple area that was wet and ceiling leaking from the rain, water was running all over the floors creating a hazard, could have controlled better, my toilet was not flushing for a few hours, leaving a smell of body waste in the room due to it sitting there unable to flush, I was told there was a plumbing and water issue, also the chairs in the theater was very hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was okay for only 2 of the shows as the dancers seem like they were lacking energy. There were areas that had restrictions on entering due to it need a travel club,

I have been here five times absolutely love the place. My butler Antonio is the greatest. Also the manager Orlando they both go out their ways. The best restaurant is meats manager there. Santiago is awesome. The best restaurant the best bar Lambo bartenders are really good. I highly recommend getting the swim up even though they have plenty of seating at the outdoor pool.
