Caribbean All inclusive Holidays

The only thing I have to say is our AC did not feel cold so for the whole seven nights we were a little miserable and we reported it four times and nothing got done about it.

Lovely welcoming staff that’s always attentive and ready to help make your day better. There was always events planned for each day that was enjoyable and extremely entertaining

It was a fantastic experience. All the staff were brilliant, very welcoming. The food was great, there was so much to choose from. It was unforgettable for family too. We would love to experience it again.

I was at that hotel 5 years ago and the change was noticeable. We had Amaury as a butler and he was the best thing that happened to us on that trip. The hotel has decreased in everything right now, in cleanliness, in attention, the towels look dirty, smell of humidity, in the rooms, we had to be aware if they gave us towels because they forgot, When we arrived, the shampoo they left us was half used, they didn't let us have an iron, it's a crime that they let this hotel down. I recommended it and we went with other friends who were there for the first time. The best specialty restaurant we ate was the Japanese , the stake had terrible service and the meat was tough. My friend found cockroaches next to the bread and let you know. We also saw them rinsing glasses to give out juices because there were none available and they didn't want to give out straws because they were banned.

The only comment I would make us that the room housekeeping was nit up to standard. Everything else was wonderful....the foid was too good !!!!! The main lodge staff were wonderful as were the dining staff!!!

This my 5th time at this hotel its so nice i highly recommend it to people who like a chill environment...see you next year
