Great hotel with spacious well thought out rooms. The rooms were clean and the onsen was nice and well maintained. Excellent value for money. The only issue I would say is that the area is a little far out which is nice because it is quiet but it makes commuting a bit more difficult.

Second time staying- immaculate room condition and super courteous staff. Beautifully decorated Japanese style hotel you surely don’t want to miss it! Highly recommended for all. Their Japanese style breakfast is a must try. Can’t wait to go back.

Clean rooms extremely helpful and friendly staff. The Bell captains were excellent with arranging transportation. The 711 in the basement is open 24 hours. Breakfast buffet is good, probably overpriced, but aren’t they all? And all those Japanese toilets, they speak for themselves Wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Everything was beautiful and the staff is seriously amazing! So sweet and attentive. I love that the 7-11 is right downstairs and the garden is stunning! My only complaint is that it’s so noisy in the morning. I can hear the carts rolling around and shuffling upstairs and the construction everywhere. But it is what it is. Lovely place would stay here again. Maybe next year when there’s less construction.

Stayed in a corner room which was spacious and well-maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t spend much time in the club lounge. Staff very friendly and efficient. Short walk to the metro which was safe late at night. Would recommend and would stay again
