Resort was excellent. However my room air condition was not working properly. It was very hott. I complained 2 times and there was no resolve. They sent someone to check it but it still did not blow cold. Otherwise the resort food and other ammenities was very good.

"Rooms were clean. Property was clean but needs an overhaul pull has 20% or more of little square tiles busted and missing mostly on the bottom. I actually scraped my foot on a sharp piece and had to bandage cut. The pool staff were excellent especially the entertainment of Peppa and Michelle."

"Room wasn’t like what we booked, bed was super uncomfortable we could feel the springs in the mattress while sleeping. A/c didn’t stay on through the night. Was surprised cause this was my 4th staying at this property and I was pretty disappointed this time around"

"Honestly, everything was perfect. It was a lot of fun. I don’t really have a complaint. Except for no bathroom fan room stayed pretty damp, but I mean that Small potatoes for the amazing time we had would definitely return The staff was absolutely amazing. Food was good 100% accommodating."
