The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff assisted us with any needs that came up. The hotel is centrally located and the subway is only a few minutes walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

The staff was generally accommodating and unhelpful. When we needed help the most (after an accident on the hotel stairs), they completely failed us. Be extremely careful on the stairs! Quite uneven, poorly lit with railings that end before the stairs do.
