Awesome location and fantastic rooms, but the absolute stars of this place are the staff. They were unbelievably kind and helpful. When we accidentally left an item behind on the way to the airport, they contacted us immediately and arranged to have it brought to us at the airport. Exceptional service. Thank you so much.

Le personnel était d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Très serviable et parle très bien anglais. La chambre etait spacieuse et le lit incroyablement confortable. C'etait très calme par ailleurs. Le petit dejeuner était bon. Très bien placé pour visiter Hanoï. Je recommande également le restaurant de l'hôtel les repas etaient succulents. Bref un très bon choix

Property is not in same condition as photos. Looks run down, worn out, dirty. Room had a balcony with two broken down stools. After squatting all day at street vendors, a decent chair in the room would’ve been great. Staff (Jenny) was 5 stars. So friendly and helpful.
