Very easy to travel to from the airport (the hotel will book you a car) Pool and outside space is AMAZING Saff are firendly but professional Breakfast buffet is fabulous

The pool area was very tired. The sun canopies were torn or ripped . The cushions on the sunbeds were torn or stained. The self service part of the restuarant the hot food side was not hot both at breakfast and dinner time.

We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and organizing thoughtful anniversary treats in our room. A special thank you to Rohit, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. He went out of his way to prepare special purées for him and would always ask if there was anything he could make for him. That personal attention meant so much to us and was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with an amazing selection. The Kids' Palace was a little underwhelming compared with the rest of the property, and the enormous size of the palace can sometimes take away from the personal feel of the experience. Overall, Emirates Palace is an incredible and unforgettable property. The grandeur, setting, activities, amazing breakfast, and especially the exceptional Club Lounge staff made our stay very special.

Had a lovely week stay - Staff were very helpful and during the week it was my birthday. Obviously this was noted from my passport and I was delighted to find my room decorated with balloons and a cake left for me. What a lovely surprise.
