Every thing was great ,the staff were great they couldn’t do enough for us they looked ,after every thing for us ,so helpful The food was fab the room was beautful the swimming pool was fab we give it 5 star all the way. I booked this property as a Expedia Gold member for the VIP room upgrade. I was advised there is no rooms available to upgrade, however a quick search online showed they had 3 rooms available! Very shifty and money hungry. They should not join the Expedia VIP program if they have no intention of participating. I wouldn’t of booked this hotel had I known I won’t be afforded my benefits.

Stayed here twice and both times had a great experience. Close to everything (very short walk to Patong Beach), lots of dining options close by. Staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful.

The staff is first rate. We enjoyed the variety of eating choices. The beach is lovely if you want nature, the pool is perfect for sunbathing. We needed respite and it was the perfect place to be.
