The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved.

Staff could have been more welcoming when my flight home was cancelled and I preferred to stay in the same room for 2 more days (13) in total and had to pay over $1,000 to stay in the same room.

Location is best in Milano. Breakfast is OK but not great. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. .

Great 1 week stay as a couple in a room with a balcony. Room was a bit small, balcony and bathroom were great. Bedding was excellent, clean and relaxing. Location was unbeatable. Breakfalst was fairly rich.
