We had a lovely time overall, and the hotel is really nice. A couple of suggestions for improvement: extending the coffee hours beyond 10 am (or at least making it available for purchase) would've been great. The room had cups but no coffee maker or fridge - even a way to heat water would've been nice, considering the price isn't cheap. Little touches like that would elevate the stay. One other thing - the scent when you walk in is overpowering, especially at night (and it carries into the rooms), could be an issue for folks with allergies. That said, we'll definitely stay again 😊.

I had a great experience with Sheraton NYC at Times Square, the only concern was the cigarette odor coming inside my room from the neighbor room even my wondows was completely close, i believed since there is a option to open the window tightly then people easily blowing the smoke out if their room and that was thevreason i had the cigarette smell inside my room. I hope they can plug the windows so that will never happen

The elevator situation is ridiculous, the lack of coffee makers in the room and the hotel needs to be upgraded. The gym was great

Loved my stay here. Felt very safe. My room was perfect. Very cute decor inside hotel. Rooftop has a great view of the city. Would absolutely stay here again.
