The whole place needs renovating, the carpets are old and dirty in all places, paint work is scruffy and in our room the taps were loose in the sink and bath. Fantastic spa day and overnight stay at the Celtic Manor. Staff were courteous and professional in all areas of the hotel, food was superb, our suite was stunning, the spa facilities were wonderful. We had such a magical time. We are already discussing our return!
