And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! This 2-day-1-night trip to Ha Long Bay was truly an unforgettable experience for me. It was my very first time joining a cruise trip alone. At first, I was a bit worried that I might feel lonely, but everything turned out way beyond my expectations. From the moment I stepped on board, I was warmly welcomed by the crew. The cruise was spacious and elegant, and my cabin had a private balcony overlooking the bay – the perfect spot to sit back and soak up the fresh sea breeze. The itinerary covered famous attractions like Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island, and the kayaking experience was definitely a highlight – so peaceful and healing to paddle through the emerald water. The most memorable part was the surprise birthday party the crew arranged for me. Even though I was traveling solo, I didn’t feel lonely at all – in fact, I felt so loved and cared for. There was cake, music, and everyone on board sang happy birthday together. It was such a heartwarming and touching moment that I will never forget. The food on the cruise was another highlight: fresh seafood, a diverse menu, and beautifully presented dishes. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and ready to help. In the evening, there were fun activities like a spring roll-making class and squid fishing, which brought everyone together. Overall, this was an absolutely amazing trip – totally worth it!
