Absolutely loved our stay! This was my second time back. Great service, wonderful food, and plenty of activities if you want them. Great spa service and wonderful hydrotherapy.

Beautiful property. Did not feel crowded ever. Fun staff everywhere. Meals were great, not excellent. Bars were good not great, warm beer occasionally. No drink menu to choose fun drinks from. Did not care for push to take meeting like a timeshare Overall review - just below excellent.

We were offered a discounted price to pay for an upgrade to preferred club at check-in which we did. On the 3rd day of our trip we returned to our room around 1:30pm and there was an extremely strong paint odour coming from the vents. Our concierge was asked to come in the room and he confirmed he smelt it. Instead of moving us immediately he sent custodian staff with a spray to spray the room. The spray made it worse. We had to ask to be moved as it was not offered. We were eventually moved to a room without a paint scent. In the new room the next morning around 7:20am you can hear hammering. Clearly construction and maintenance was taking place and they never bothered to proactively inform us or ensure we were minimally impacted. This is definitely not preferred club experience and we would not be returning

Great Place, Great Staff. My wallet was stolen at the Hotel the morning of my departure. Not sure if it was House Keeping, or if i left it at the front desk. That morning the cards were used at the hotel and they never flagged the multiple purchases internally.

Nice but aged property. Ordered food is good. Buffet is average. I don't write reviews but giving them a 2 star because of their business model. They are part of the "Palace" resorts and push memberships when you arrive and throughout your stay. Memberships= Timeshare. 80% of all chairs by the pool were reserved for Platinum "members". We had a total of 6 rooms including a governors suite. I had to go down at 7 AM and put personal items on second rate chairs by the pool or nothing would be available. I told them I am not interested in time shares and they approached me again even after checking out. I wouldn't go here again, unless you sign up for a membership/timeshare. Annoying!
