The hotel is really nice, you get access to a lot of specialty restaurants, the rooms are big and nice and the staff is super polite. The best, you get a buttler...we got Noris and she was incredible, whe went above and beyond to surprise us for my husband's bday and our anniversary. Stay here, it's the best bank for your buck!!

We travelled in April with a group of friends and children aged 6-8 yrs old. It was a fantastic stay. Pros: -beautiful resort, the rooms were very spacious and the grounds well maintained. If you look around you can always see staff working hard doing maintenance, they do a great job. - so many amenities. Our family enjoyed the many pools, water park, arcade, VR room, mini golf, bowling. Some things cost extra but that was all made clear before we travelled so we were prepared for that. - the beach is beautiful, however very rough. We still enjoyed it, just keep a close watch on everyone. Again this was something we knew beforehand so we weren’t surprised. - the staff was all very friendly, this really stood out to me. It didn’t matter who we encountered, they were all lovely! Check in and check out was very smooth and they accommodated our request to be placed close to our other friends. - food was great for all inclusive. Plenty of options. We liked not having to make reservations for most restaurants. We ate early (6 pm) because of the children, and we never had to wait long to be seated. There were several breakfast options, Isla was our favourite. Nice calm atmosphere and lots of fresh options. The coffee shop in the main lobby was also amazing! Also there are food trucks around the pools which was convenient with kids! Cons: - very large, but this was not a huge hinderance for us. I will say the trolly system was excellent!

Me encantó el lugar hermoso limpio y bien cuidado… muy moderno y tiene todo lo que necesitas… el servicio maravilloso especialmente del Valenzuela… Gerente en el Restaurante Hoyo 19… fue muy amable atento y servicial… creo que vuelvo ❤️

it is ok for the price; entertainment could be better. I mean if I return to PC I would go to a different resort, but is is not bad we had awesome time at the beach. But rooms need improvement, mattress is very hard. Staff is sometimes rude at the coffee shop, gardens are well maintained, lobby is nice, buffet is good.
