We were able to reach the property on foot after getting off the tram at Haymarket Station. Took less than 5 minutes. We were given a code ahead of time for the front door and our room and we appreciated that they were the same so you don’t have to try and remember so many numbers. Our room was on the first floor, no elevators guys, but it wasn’t a problem for us because we only had two carry ons. The room was small but clean and the bed extra comfy! Bathroom was tight and although older everything was functioning and clean. Really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check out at their second property just 5 minutes away.

Craig the concierge was 5 star, amazing. Then the front staff was great but never texted us when our room was ready like they said they would, then the next day we saw new arrivals getting champagne on check in, where was ours??
End of the day it was amazing, but small staff issues removed the 5 star and brought it down to a 4 a 4.5 with the exception of the concierge, who again was amazing.
