We wished the pools were better maintained and cleaned more regularly. The swim up bar was fun but the pool attached to it made us not want to go in. We also wish there were more food options on the room service menu.

The hotel was okay, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.
The Cons:
Cleanliness: The bedsheets weren't very clean, and our balcony door was broken. I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping.
Sales Pitch: On our first day, they took up 90 minutes of our time with a "vacation package" presentation. It was very frustrating to lose our breakfast and morning relaxation time to a sales meeting as paying guests.
Food: The food was average—not bad, but not great either.
The Pros:
Staff: The highlight was definitely the staff. They were very friendly and professional throughout our stay.
A decent stay, but the hotel needs to focus more on room maintenance and stop bothering guests with sales presentations.
