9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
It’s a nice hotel, but the room was very small and the room location looked tightly into another building over an alley where the garbage truck came through around 1 in the morning without fail. You also got cigarette smoke wafting up into the room from the alley smokers. The room location was awful but overall the hotel was nice.
Also, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel location for vacation travelers. You’re right in the middle of a business district which isn’t great.

The coffee/tea service in the room was nice. Our room attendant did a great job daily. Room check in is at 3 and we had received a message as to our eta, which we
