"I really liked my room. It was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. The only negative is that I think the property could be updated a little bit. My stay was great. I'll definitely stay again when in the Hamamatsu area."

"Overall the stay was great. I just wish there were more power outlets in the room. The one by the door was too loose and couldn't be used properly. There was one power strip on the wall but that was it The one thing we didn't like was the smoking room in one corner of the main lobby. Even though it has a door isolating it, the smell of cigarette was still strong around the lobby and reception area."
