"Second stay here, nice hotel, great breakfast "

"The staff here are very friendly and the room came very well presented and clean throughout. We had a sea view room with had a perfect view of the beach. WiFi is very strong, works in the bar and in your room. Breakfast is very good value for money and very tasty. Our bathroom was very modern and clean. Only downside would be the heating in the shower was temperamental. Ideal location to go and explore Great Yarmouth’s beach front. We will be returning again."

"The stand out from our stay were the very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very nice and a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable and the view fabulous, the bathroom a little on the bijou side and no heating but apologies if there was and we just didn't find it!!!"

"Do not book here. It is closed and no one there. The owner has disappeared. I have reported to hotels.com and they need to be removed. I could not access and hotel was in darkness. Eventually got a refund but took ages to sort ! Avoid at all costs "
