The staff is soooooo kind and accommodating. The location is fabulous. Less than 5 minute walk to Ha Carmel market, wonderful coffee shops and cafes and retail within blocks. And while there, you must try Sun Young, the hotel restaurant. It is wonderful. Feels like a swanky NYC restaurant. 10/10 stay, outstanding in every aspect. "
