Top-notch hotel, absolutely blown away by the beautiful views, amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Lovely guest house in a stunning setting

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His service was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. Excellent area, staff and location, thank you

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. Hotel Victoria is around a 3 minute walk from Glion station (cog train from Montreux train station which takes around 12 mins). Stunning views from our lakeside room. Room 3 has an interconnecting door to Room 2 and is not particularly well soundproofed. Due to health issues with our neighbour, little sleep was had on the first night. We had an enchanting time and made all the better by our host on check in called Ana. She was soo helpful and friendly. She checked us in early, gave us vouchers to spend at the HR Giger museum, which was our main goal of our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving breakfast was also extremely lovely. We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries.
