However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it. "

"This room we received was not quite as nice as photos conveyed. The air con was not working but on pointing this out, the staff and owner went to a lot of trouble to rectify. They replaced it with a new one which was excellent.
