This is my go-to hotel to recharge my batteries . Staff are amazing

Room was excellent - really clean and spacious with the fridge helping to store things cold. Staff were really helpful, and I enjoyed the Sports Bar to catch up on the NFL at the weekend after a work trip. Would definitely use again

A wonderfully refurbished hotel to a very high standard. All the staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved the view from the dining area and the easy access to the beach

When we first got there we thought it was a big mistake. It’s a motel not hotel. The room faced the sun so you had to keep the curtains closed so it was not the best first impression! Then we went to the pool and loved it. Great bar, nice staff and wonderful breakfast. I have never seen a place so clean they went to exceptionally steps to make sure it was spotless.

Reception staff very friendly, good sense of humour and helpful. Loved our room 515, extremely clean, loads of space, efficient air con and wonderful view. Well located for restaurants and bars. Le Jaguar next door was reasonable and offered a good choice of breakfasts. The on site tour agent arranged a tour of Acapulco for us for 900 pesos - we had a private car and our driver took us to places we would never have found on our own then on to see the divers, we’ll worth doing.

Perfect weekend. All we were looking for was a place to crash (on a budget) for a couple of nights, preferably close to the beach. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and round the corner from plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops, very central. We arrived earlier than check in but this wasn't a problem - the staff were lovely and we were given the keys within minutes. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. There was also a wee pool with sun loungers around it, which was lovely for...

Everything was fantastic - frieny and helpful staff and modern facilities. Highly recommend you stay here

We decided to come to Acapulco just 4 months after hurricane Otis destroyed most of the town and touristic infrastructure. We were pleasantly surprised by the resiliance of the people, their desire to bounce back and we had a very pleasant stay. Although it's clear that the hotel is not yet fully ready (only 1 hotel tower is in use, and only 1 restaurant is in service) and reconstruction works continue, the staff does their best to cater for the guest. Hotel rooms are ample and nicely...
