Nice hotel. Good location. Clean. Staff were nice enough. It's more like a high end hostel then hotel all facilities are communal. Rooms are tiny and have very limited thing no fridge etc

The management is unprofessional The first couple of days were ok buffet Style breakfast. After that food was ration To one plate per guest. Stayed for 6nights on Sep302024 when we asked for Clean sheets manager said is not possible and And to Take my business somewhere else. Also water was reduced to 2hrs in the morning 2hrs in the evening. They offered a discount when we said how can you clean a bathroom without water.. very unsanitary way of cleaning. Felt so bad for ladies working there.

Ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en un lugar, entiendo que después del huracán Acapulco está en reconstrucción, pero esta propiedad no es lo que parece en fotos: la chapa de la puerta no servía, no tiene mantenimiento todo el departamento, el mini split no servía pues hacía mucho ruido y enfriaba bastante poco, después me acosté para descansar y las almohadas apestaban a sudor (olía a que no servía habían lavado en mucho tiempo), y lo peor, quise descansar del viaje y albañiles estaban en el departamento de a lado con la música a todo volumen y haciendo mucho ruido. Y se veía que no habían limpiado porque había una cucaracha muerta. Sin duda, la publicidad del lugar es engañosa y todo el edificio está en malas condiciones, NO alquilen ese lugar porque tampoco responden por esos detalles y lo tratan a uno de mentiroso, se quedaron mi dinero, no quisieron devolverme nada y tampoco se hicieron responsables por revisar lo que yo comentaba. La mujer que se encarga de revisar todo te contesta hasta horas después, me tuve que salir de ahí a la hora y los cuatro días que contraté no se hicieron responsables, incluso avisando de todo los imperfectos. Viajeros las fotos NO son actuales, NO se hospeden ahí.

El desayuno el mismo de siempre: huevos en alguna presentacion, chilaquiles con totopos de milpa real, jugos, cereal (solo dos tipos), sipa fria y frijoles; el Cafe estaba rebajado, ojala por el precio la comida hubiera estado más sabrosa. Nos llevaron al Fiesta Americana de cortesia a ver si comprabamos uno de sus paquetes tipo membresia, ese desayuno si era digno de, pero les contamos oara que sepan en caso de que les ofrezcan un desayuno gratis allá es para eso, asi que mientras desayunan con vista al mar les van a estar vendiendo una membresia. La habitacion super pequeña, eramos 3 y apenas y nos acomodados pero bueno por el mismo precio despues me aparecieron otros hoteles y mejores, una experiencia más

Buenas tardes el desayuno estaba bien el personal amables todo limpio el problema fue las habitaciones estaban muy pequeñas para el precio muy alto el precio las habitaciones muy pequeñas y las ventanas super pequeña oarecia una carcel y luego llame a Expedia me atendieron pero tuve qte llamar varias veces para qte llamara al hotel querían qte pagara 100 dólares mas por tres cada habitación si qyerian cambiar de habitación igual todo era pequeño después de comprar por Expedia mas de 15 años comprando voletos de avión y comprar paquete de vacaciones en hoteles comodos amplios este hotel fue el mas pequeño qye vi en mi vida y la primera y última última vez qte compro en Expedia ya después qte se hicieron famosis ahora los clientes no importan gracias por carne la oportunidad de decir lo qte paso y Los sueños del hotel por favor remodelen y pongan balcones y las habitaciones qte sean más amplias gracias
