"The shower flooded the bathroom every time i used it. The food was bland, expensive with little variety. No where to eat besides restaurant in hotel. No other options for eating or shopping close. Airport shuttle didnt run on time. "

"Very clean and very modern room especially where tech is concerned. After getting used to iPad running everything it was very useful. Most challenging was the see through toilet right in the middle of the room. Bed right against the wall wasn’t ideal for the person near the window. There was a note to indicate you ship up d sleep the other way around if there was a night toilet user, however this must have been an afterthought as the TV would not have been in the right place to view. Breakfast bar was somewhat disappointing and rather expensive. Despite this comfortable and convenient stop for a night before or after a flight. "

"Hotel is located within the Schiphol airport. We traveled from Paris by train, which dropped us at airport, where we were able to drop luggage, check in, and meet up with other family members who were joining us later in our travels. Staff very helpful, beautiful clean rooms, and location is excellent when travel by air, train, or rental car is needed. "

"Pros: clean, most amenities, helpful staff Cons: Distance to Amsterdam central (2 trams), long walk to tram station, variable room rates ’different from advertised/booked price ($70 up to $140 - each day a different (higher) price not inc. 21% tax! Can’t keep window open due to McDonals (next building) parking lot is meeting place for youth to rev/race their cars each night!"

"Excellent. The only drawback, albeit a very small one is that it is the furthest of the two hotels attached to the airport. But it appears to be the newest and most modern. Convenience is important for me and to be able to walk indoors from the airport straight to the hotel is a great benefit. Also in terms of local travel into Amsterdam it is super easy and super quick. As there are constant trains all day and night long. Overall it is a great option for business travelers who want convenience and a super clean and modern place to stay. On the day I departed, I literally walked from hotel room to the security checkpoint in 13 minutes."

"Elevators were very small and did not work well. The room was extremelly dark. The AC of the room did not work. We had to leave the window open and listen the airport noise all night. The bathroom's door was not able to keep open. The shower area was very sleepery without the device to grab in case of a fal. The bathroom's shawer did not have floor anti-sleep. The room did not have toiletries, like shower cap, body lotion, shampoo, etc. Restaurant was working badly. 2 hours to have a simple hamburger The only thing that work well was the airport shuttle."

"Staff were unfriendly and not helpful, only worth it if you drive as nothing around the hotel"

"Room was not prepared before arrival. The sofa bed had a old chewing gum stuck on there and the bedding was not available. Had to spend the first night without proper bedding phone did not work and had to request three times. Coffee machine did not work and the pods were not availed only two small waters for four people stay. The towel also had a stain in general the house keeping was not great and staff were mot friendly."
