Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. Dinner was incredible, great flavours and well thought out presentation. Breakfast was also great with a huge selection, including the option to make your...

The attention to detail at this hotel is incredible. The staff are amazing. The food is great. We will be staying here again.

What a fantastic find, this is our 10th year ski trip with a large group of mixed ages from 12 upwards and this is by far the best hotel we have found which is such great value for money. Although the hotel sits on the outskirts of town this really wasn't an issue as it was the first stop for the ski bus, which then went direct to the ski lift (like our own personal taxi). Amazing place

Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!

Excellent hotel in Lanersbach near to stop for skibus to Hintertux. Friendly staff and excellent food in restaurant.

Reasonable priced, excellent location & cleanliness

Beautiful Decor. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Easy check in and check out. Great communication. I really couldn’t fault it and would recommend in an instant.
