Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. Dinner was incredible, great flavours and well thought out presentation. Breakfast was also great with a huge selection, including the option to make your...

The attention to detail at this hotel is incredible. The staff are amazing. The food is great. We will be staying here again.

The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!

Reasonable priced, excellent location & cleanliness

Beautiful Decor. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Easy check in and check out. Great communication. I really couldn’t fault it and would recommend in an instant.

A fantastic hotel with great service and facilities and in the heart of the Zillital Valley.

The staff were fantastic throughout! I had booked the guest house and was upgraded to stay in the main hotel. There was always someone at hand to help and explain things.
