Very authentic surroundings and architecture of the resort, beautiful private beach several pools, staff were always available and friendly. Rooms spacious and well maintained, local transportation very prompt and courteous. We were well taken care of.

Park Royal Beach Ixtapa - All Inclusive
Food was okay! What i did not like is only two elevators were working. There was a lot of people waiting in line. Pool was not too clean. And overall it really sucked because thanks to airline Aeromexico we lost a day at the hotel.
