"From Zell Am See train station we walked to PostPlaz to take Postbus 71 to hotel, only a few stops about 5mins away. Bus stop near to the hotel. We stayed 2N and hotel staff was nice to give us the room on 4/Flr with lake view. The hotel has lift so no issue with luggage. Although hotel is not at the city central, The Kaprun Card given by hotel was a bonus, free use of cable cars. The Smittenhohe cable car station is located short walking distance away. "Pros: The room was as described, staff at the restaurant were very helpful and attentive to our request as we were the only vegetarians it seemed. They made sure we got one hot vegetarian meal. Iliya was the one who always helped. Cons: There was no communication on check-in been dont at the other Hotek Latini and we had to move our large suitcases around. There was no coffee maker in the room. "
