Does exactly what is says in the tin. Great location in the heart of town, facilities all spot on. Breakfast was fairly standard but plentiful and nice. Staff all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Zell am See is a lovely place to visit. The staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful and the hotel itself is very comfortable, well appointed, and has an excellent breakfast.

Not the best option

Hotel has friendly staff, easy parking, and nice breakfast. But the condition is worn, the location is noisy on a busy road, and noise from hallway and floor above are a concern. Shower water temp varies dangerously at times.

The hotel is located very centrally. However it needs renovation. The bed is not comfortable. The hotel provides the basics only. It is also very loud in the night. The breakfast is okay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, (good coffee) and staff very nice and helpful. Location is great, right in the centre close to ski lift and all the restaurants and lake. The only thing i would suggest for improval would definitely be the pillows and earlier breakfast times (it started at 7.30), because the ski lifts open at 8. Would be nice if the parking was included in the booking price for a peace of mind, i guess we missed that when we booked the holiday, it is separate from the hotel, 5 euros a day, we didn t notice on booking. Luckly we had money left:) Thank you for a beautiful holiday, the view is beautiful, the hotel is cosy, good heating unlike other more expensive hotels we ve been before. We would go back here and this town is picture perfect as well.

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, breakfast and cleaning. Good parking right outside and an easy walk to town and lake. Spacious simple rooms with benefit of firm pillow option. No coffee or even cups in the room, although a little boiled sweet awaited us. Nice to balcony seats. Beware corner room for continuous road noise. Excellent breakfast with lots of continental cold and healthy options.

Calm and relax

Two nights in the hotel without any problem. The staff were amazing and helpful. It is very close to city center (and I believe we wouldn’t be closer then this). The city is crowded especially in weekends. The breakfast was really good. Generally we liked our stay here and definitely recommend for your visit.

Good central hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially breakfast staff. Lovely breakfast. Kettle and cups available on request. Room a bit dated but was ok for what we needed.

Overpriced for the quality

I’m surprised by the overall high rating of this hotel. While it offers convenient parking (€8/night) and a decent breakfast, my one-night stay was underwhelming. The room and bathroom were quite small, which is somewhat expected in European cities, but the lack of comfort was disappointing. The bed itself was fine, but the single provided pillow was so thin it might as well have not been there. The biggest letdown, however, was the towels. For the price charged, I expected better quality—instead, they were small, worn out, and, most frustratingly, visibly dirty. Given these issues, I can’t recommend this hotel, at least not for the current price

Als je de hele dag op pad bent en alleen slaapt in je kamer, is het prima. Verder…is het allemaal ontzettend oud. Alles kraakt en oogt oud. Geen lift. Wij hadden regen dus zijn bij een cafe gaan zitten ‘s avonds. Superaardig personeel die me hielp met mijn koffer tillen. Goeie locatie in het centrum, prima parkeren. Voor elektrisch laden moest je een soort van reserveren.

Mycket bra hotell, trevlig personal. De löste glutenfritt till frukosten och frukosten var väldigt bra. Ligger en kort promenad från centrum. Enkelt med laddning för elbil också. Skulle definitivt bo här om vi åker tillbaka!

Veldig hyggelig betjening. MYE støy på rommet både fra trafikk og tilstøtende rom. Kunne ikke ha vinduet åpent siden det er nærmeste nabo til en trafikkert vei og lukket en vinduet var luften svært dårlig. Forsøkte å bytte, men hotellet var fullt. Frokost er bra.
