"From Zell Am See train station we walked to PostPlaz to take Postbus 71 to hotel, only a few stops about 5mins away. Bus stop near to the hotel. We stayed 2N and hotel staff was nice to give us the room on 4/Flr with lake view. The hotel has lift so no issue with luggage. Although hotel is not at the city central, The Kaprun Card given by hotel was a bonus, free use of cable cars. The Smittenhohe cable car station is located short walking distance away. "Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, breakfast and cleaning. Good parking right outside and an easy walk to town and lake. Spacious simple rooms with benefit of firm pillow option. No coffee or even cups in the room, although a little boiled sweet awaited us. Nice to balcony seats. Beware corner room for continuous road noise. Excellent breakfast with lots of continental cold and healthy options."
