The staff were helpful. The room is clean and breakfast were good. The area is a bit far from the train station but it is accessible by using water bus and transport.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location was superb for a central Venice stay. Room was well furnished and the aircon was appreciated as you'd need the windows closed as you are very central; noise from tourists outside in the evening. Not a criticism of the hotel.
