The staff, especially Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided great insights into the area and places to visit. Keep in mind that the property is located in the medina at the end of a narrow alley, offering a truly authentic Moroccan neighborhood experience. "A splendid riad in the heart of Medina, and run by the most wonderful family. You feel at home away from your home. Parents, children, nieces and nephews pamper you the whole time. The family also has a Michelin level restaurant with authentic cuisine of Fes. I can’t wait to come back and stay there."

"The help we received from our host Sama was outstanding. She worked hard to meet all of our requests and needs. She did an excellent job! Hamid - our daily waiter/bellman - was always on top of things and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Sama set up a day guide - Abdul - that was masterful and informative. Sama also set up a driver - Ibrahim - that was outstanding and kept us safe on a 7 hour day trip drive."
