"Building needs a refresh...beds, room decor, bathroom...just looks tired...I've been to a few Le Meridien...Mauritius and Dubai would get a proper 5 star. Marrakech needs refurb of property...sauna, jacuzzi and steam room should be available. Wifi is also weak, with today's technology, wifi should be 5G. Also be safer to have a traffic light or speed breaker at the pedestrian crossing just out of the hotel to Menara mall. The cars don't stop even if you are on the crossing. "

There was a mixup with a different hotel and we had to make a last minute booking for one night, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We had to leave early the next morning to travel to another city, and they very kindly prepared a lunch for us to take with us. "Friendly service and great breakfast. Riad is steps away from the Medina. Only issue is taxi availability, need to coordinate transportation with front desk ahead of time. Front desk did a good job getting us help to bring our luggage and connect with taxi driver. Riad is a bit difficult to find but once located, it is easy to get to. "
