Loved the property so much that we stayed twice. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had no issues while staying here. I would recommend staying here as it is close to the market and local attractions. Wifi was strong and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours while we explored the city after check out.

Nice hotel close to the old quarters of Stone town

Nice place. Looked just like the pictures. Good size rooms. Breakfast and breakfast area was also very good. Hotel is just by the old quarters of Stone town. Almost all staff was very friendly (just one younger lady in reception that for some reason was not so nice to our daughter). Good price.

I think it's a good location to enjoy Stone Town. This is a hotel that you can be satisfied with overall. One thing you may be a little concerned about is the hard lock on the door, which makes a noise when opening and closing the door.

The rooms are spacious but unfortunately the windows are only made of wood meaning you can hear everything happening in the alley. The breakfast is pretty awesome and everything is walking distance. The East African Slavery Market Exhibit is right behind the hotel and the beach is only a 20 minute walk. Overall would recommend.

The staff at Zanzi house were excellent. They allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel whilst we went on Safari, before we had even checked in at the hotel. They also provided us early check in on our day of arrival in the morning and were very flexible. The hotel has a lot of history and the common area and upstairs balcony area has a great ambience. The rooms were comfortable as were the beds. This was a great value for money stay.

The worst possible outcome, You’ve been traveling 16 hours to find out your room was double booked. 14 hours of travel and it’s midnight they don’t have any taxis also, and any hotel is 150+ usd just to sleep 8 hrs. You can tell they do it all the time too. Expedia offered me 8$ for accommodation. They might be a decent hotel but for me I got fu***d

The hotel is clean, basic, a little price for what it is. The are around seems to be unsafe because there is a lot of people loitering and also dirty around. At night it can be very noisy, you have a mosque and church very near by so the call to pray is very loud at very early on the morning. If you are given an upper floor the stair is very narrow and steep so hard to handle with luggage

The shower only came hot if you dribbled the water, no hair dryer available. The bed was small and hard. No town maps or directions, the safe did not work, their exchange rate was high, and In a very noisy neighborhood. The door had windows.to the corridor which had bright lights on all night. A miserable experience.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel de "ville", bien situé dans le centre de Stone Town à une dizaine de minutes des restaurants et de la plage principale. Concernant l'hôtel, charmant petit hôtel avec une réception ouverte en tout temps, notre chambre donnait sur la rue et était tout de même bruyante,Petit bémol pour le lit, où le matelas était un peu dure à notre goùt.

Hade fått fem stjärnor, men det var hål i myggnätet och stackarna fick strömavbrott morgonen jag skulle åka så det blev lite bökigt för mig. God frukost och väldigt serviceinriktade. Pratar bra engelska. Stora och rena rum. Har ac och fläkt vilket var magiskt. De tänker på miljön mer än andra hotell jag varit på, tex är ac av då rummet inte nyttjas, men du kan slå igång själv så klart precis när du vill.

Decisamente la migliore di 4 strutture che ci hanno ospitato nei nostri 15 giorni a Zanzibar: top arredamento camera, top pulizia, top supporto da parte del manager sia nel reperire e attivare per noi 2 SIM Tigo senza apportare alcun ricarico sia nella disponibilità a fornirci ogni sorta di informazioni. La posizione è buona perché centrale: a 2 passi dalla Christ Church Cathedral e a 600 metri dal mare. A 400 metri si trova molto comodo l'ATM della DTB Bank. L' accesso dalla via principale è dissestato ma una volta entrati l'accoglienza della struttura, la pulizia e la colazione sono super!👏💪

el mejor hotel relación precio-ubicación stone tow

he pasado unos dias geniales en Stone town gracias a la excelente acogida que he tenido en este hotel. Su relación precio y ubicación es total. Parece que está lejos de todo pero solo caminas 8 minutos de un agradable paseo y ya estas en el centro del casco antiguo. afuera hay muchos restaurantes locales muy baratos y con excelente comida
