From the moment we arrived, the girls at reception were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful — nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself was beautifully clean, immaculately maintained, and wonderfully warm — which was especially appreciated during our visit. Every detail felt thoughtful and well cared for. The location was absolutely perfect for our stay — just a short walk to the Main Square and ideal for exploring Kraków with ease.
