Great stay, as usual. This is my third stay over the years and this hotel still keeps high standard. If us very clean and quiet. Rather minimalistic but you have everything what you need for a few days in Krakow. Location is very good if you want to visit old town and the Jewish district of Kazimierz. There are bikes to borrow, small gym. Super clean sauna, steam room and the testing area. Excellent although rather pricey breakfast. I will definitely stay there again next year.

Fabulous hotel - highly recommend! Great modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely bar and restaurant too. Nice quiet location, but easy walking distance to other restaurants and the shopping mall (5 mins). Approx. 20-25 min walk from the main square in Krakow, or very low cost Bolt if you don’t want to walk. All in all such good value. Will definitely go back.

Upon check in for our anniversary our friends room was upgraded but ours was not, this was a little annoying but we weren't too bothered as we knew we would be busy. We didn't have breakfast booked, but it looked ok. The bar area is beautuful and has comfy seats, the rooms are really pretty and decorated to a fantastic standard. The shower is wonderful and always had hot water. A small gripe, no shower gel. The beds are incredible! The comfiest beds ever! Did not want to leave. Free hot coffee tea and hot chocolate 24h from the machines downstairs was a life saver! Overall I'd definitely recommend the hotel.
