Lovely old style grand hotel. Cocktails on the terrace are very good! Room was comfortable but shower is very small.

Clean room and hotel, breakfast decent, helpful friendly staff

Really great stay at this hotel. Super clean and modern, lovely people running it too. Would highly recommended. It’s a hidden gem!

Very nice staff, parking for our rental car was a huge plus. I usually scoff at hotel breakfasts but theirs was amazing!! Lots of choices & tasted very good & fresh. I would say the only negative is that they dont supply much toilet paper & one towel per person. I asked for an extra & never received it. Would stay again & highly recommend.

The site was easy to get to, very, very convenient for the bus station and easy to get into Zagreb itself, staff were friendly and altogether a good place to be.

Had an amazing stay for my brothers wedding, my children and I was very comfortable. Lovely staff and breakfast.

A beautiful and clean hostel, I can't wait to come back!

good friendly staff

The staff were professional

Staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lady who looks after the spa, who was excellent. There was a €50 deposit per night that i was not told about so that did come as a surprise, one i had not budgeted for. However the bed was extremely comfy and the room was large, modern and clean with a massive window. The tv was big however the remote was very unresponsive. The spa, pool and sauna facilities were great and the complimentary cookies upon check in were a tasty surprise.

The staff always ready 24/7 Breakfast is just like a king/Queen! Rooms and services at your door step Finally Hotel.com staff gives complete support to make your stay enjoyable and memorable

Excellent small hotel, spotlessly clean, helpful staff. Inexpensive food and drink.

Generally an excellent hotel - very efficient and friendly staff, extremely comfortable rooms. My only one issue is that the sauna was a bit difficult to follow and did not provide the usual towels etc (it was very small, and underused I suspect). But overall excellent

Great staff and reception smooth and easy. Simply stunning hotel room deluxe with spare sitting room. All brand new and modern. Truly spectacular equipment and a delight to sleep. Parking was great. Best to reserve with hotel prior to arrival.... And breakfast was delicious. Lovely omelette. Thank you for your kind hosting and see you again soon. James
