"Great location "

"Laundry was so helpful to have. Shower was great. It was useful that the bathroom/shower/kitchen area can be closed off by a door so you can have privacy when using. Doable for 3 people, can be difficult if you have a lot of oversized luggage. Bed was a bit hard."

"The location in itself was well placed and close to a subway line. However, the biggest issue with the apartment was hygiene. The mats, pillows, and blankets that were provided for the tatami room were soiled with various body fluids that were most likely urine and blood. No pillowcases or sheets were provided to be able to avoid direct contact. In the room that I personally stayed in, the only available power outlet that was appropriate for my needs at bedtime (CPAP machine) was recessed into the wall, making it extremely difficult to be able to plug in my machine. The glass around the patio door and window from the tatami room had large cracks in them and given that we had small children with us, this poses additional inherent danger as accidentally running into the glass may fully shatter the glass."

"A very clean welcoming hotel. Everyday I get a bag with clean towels and clean Yukata and new toiletterie accessories ( q-tips, cotton pads, wash cloth, toothpaste toothbrush razor shower cap and extra cups with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and long spoon. Bed are elevated to store luggage’s but there are no closet no dresser to place your clothes. Just a wall mirror with hooks and sleepers storage. Fridge and kettle. Bath is great clean. Well maintained. Spa is avalaible too. Breakfast included with voucher to use every morning on the date written on it. Breakfast is euro and Asian simple and good"

"Lovely for the price. The variety of pillow firmness was nice. Overall it was very clean though we needed to circulate the air a bit when we arrived. Host was pleasant and the check in/out process was easy. The lack of elevator was unfortunate but the good points far outweigh the bad. Overall great experience. "
