"Beautiful clean hotel! Overall our 6 night stay was great, beach is clean and beautiful. However the front desk was not very welcoming when we first arrived. We couldn't help to notice and didn't like that there was a male host at the Agave restaurant that was rude shouting at a couple that seating was closed. The food was good but definitely not as bad as some people complain in reviews, but can always be better. Ricardo the Bartender was AWESOME and is a hard worker. Make sure you tip him! Ivan the server from the buffet was extremely welcoming and great! Other than that, we feel it was a good hotel and we would stay there again."

"If you’re looking for a quieter, more laid-back resort without constant daytime activities, this place is perfect. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing, and the smaller size of the resort makes it feel much less crowded and more peaceful compared to larger resorts. There are three restaurant options including the buffet. The Italian and Japanese restaurants were both fantastic, and the buffet was consistently reliable with good variety throughout the stay. The staff really made the experience even better. Room service was excellent, and the bartenders were amazing especially Antonio, Felipe, Fernando, and Miguel. They were friendly, always making jokes and having drinks and shots ready for us before we even finished our drinks, everyday we’d walk in and they’d know us by name. Incredible service. "

"Beautiful property, amazing service and staff, one of best beaches we've experienced in Cancun. The room though clean and beautiful, the AC struggled to keep room cool at night, had to request a fan. Nightly entertainment was hit and miss, just not our thing for the most part. The food was biggest disappointment. Had read reviews raving how good the food was, this wasn't our experience. If hadn't been being preffered status our experience would have been much worse as the food for breakfast and lunch around the 12th floor infinity pool was the bright spot of our trip. Which can only be accessed by preferred. In short, if you go, definitely go preferred and lower any expectations of great food and entertainment."

"The food was very good. Staff very friendly. The atmosphere was great. Just be careful if they approach you for a one hour tour of the property to talk about membership. They essentially keep you for a few hours to try to sell you their version of a time share."
